Practice Areas

1. General Litigation

• Scope of Services: We handle recovery suits, commercial disputes, and consumer complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our team is experienced in managing complex procedural aspects, including summary suits, execution petitions, and appeals.

• Consumer Disputes: We have specific expertise in representing clients before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and State Commissions, particularly in matters involving service deficiencies and unfair trade practices.

2. Arbitration & Conciliation

With a specialized focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), our office guides clients through domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Our practice covers the entire lifecycle of arbitration—from the appointment of arbitrators to the enforcement of awards.
